Fly Apparel offers $10 shipping on all orders. We are committed to delivering your hats in a timely manner, ensuring they are well-packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Our shipping methods are reliable, and we aim to provide full transparency on any associated costs. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Fly Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hat purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Our straightforward policy is designed to provide you with confidence when making a purchase with us. We are dedicated to ensuring your experience with Fly Apparel is positive and enjoyable.

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit. Fly Apparel does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
U.S. Domestic & International Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. - Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery - Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us -Shipping may vary 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days before contacting customer service.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team at flyapparelhat@gmail.com. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

U.S. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
